When searching rows in the tables, you should use SQL pattern for text values. For example, to search for a company which name is 'NGE NATIONAL', you can input 'NGE%', 'ng%nat%', '%national%', and so on. Searching for 'NGE' will only give the company which exact name is 'NGE'. All the filters are now applied when you switch to another filter or when you press the Enter key and not on each input key.
